ASE's Data Management system allows educators to examine the state test results.

ASE's software solutions are computer "friendly" systems that enable individual campuses to make instructional use of the state test data. Instructional teams at each campus can disaggregate data and organize students into appropriate instructional and/or tutoring groups immediately based on individual needs.

The ADM program is easy to learn and focuses on quick, easy access to instructional information for educators who work directly with students.

It features "user friendly" features such as FAST STARTS. Users simply click on a "FAST START" button to perform searches and sorts using a wide range of variables.

Reports can be obtained quickly and can easily be customized to meet specific needs.

ADM's "Advanced Viewing Option" feature allows educators to generate item analysis reports using ADM

Teacher information can be imported export into an EXCEL spreadsheet directly from your Main Database system and then imported into your student data file/s.

In addition, the ADM "Companion Folder" is included with each ADM purchase. The Companion folder contains:

• Performance Standards for all grades and subjects - the rules for each TAKS test
• Item Analysis file
• Jump Start Refresher (To help users get started if it's been a while since they have used ADM.)
• Manual

To begin the process, simply obtain and send the PC Version of your state test CD or data disk/s to ASE for processing.

Equipment Needed:

• Computer: PC or Macintosh (Check your version of FileMaker Pro for minimum requirements.)
• Mac Users must have FileMaker Pro 3.0 or higher database program installed.
• PC Users have the option of using ADM Runtime Solution that allows ASE's Programs to operate without FileMaker Pro Installed.
